The first pilot of the SAT School by EDMERICA took off successfully last week. With participants from Bucharest, Ramnicu-Valcea and Tulcea, the SAT School turned the new SAT Reasoning test from potential foe into sure friend, as the participants learned about testing strategies and explored the best ways to prep according to their learning style. Beyond highlighting test specifics, the SAT School also integrated the test with the other elements in the application package and familiarized the students with its role in the U.S. admissions process.
As common with all EDMERICA events, the SAT School turned out to be an enriching experience offered in a stress-free, enjoyable environment that built on the trainers’ SAT expertise, the overall excitement for U.S. higher education, and the participants’ eagerness to discover how to ace the important SAT tests. With hands-on activities and endless good humour, as all effective learning should occur 🙂
