Most deadlines have passed and most applications have been successfully submitted!
In between last check-ups and re-reads, we’ve been working on our calendar for 2016 and we’re excited to share a preview with you!
Besides still on-going applications, students sending their apps this year will be diligently working on their financial aid documents – and we’ll be there with them, individually but also through two open houses at the EDMERICA office in January.
But we also love online sessions! We’ve had much enthusiasm and participation in our free webinars in 2015, with most attracting people from all over the country – sometimes even from abroad. So we’ll be back in February with online information sessions – for those just starting to consider U.S. study, for pros, parents, and teachers, the works. Some of the webinars will be dedicated to the general public – so the info will be relevant both if you’re interested in undergraduate and graduate study – while others will be specifically tailored to the needs and opportunities available to 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th graders or to students at the beginning or nearer the end of their university studies.
In March we’re also excited to meet you at our booth and sessions at RIUF/The Romanian University Fair in Bucharest, Cluj and Brasov. Details soon!
Over April-July you’re in for a treat! On top of the specific webinars and high school and university visits, we’re prepping for an intensive series of sessions for students and parents who have opted for personalized advising, for this year’s Summer School (a participant’s view on last year’s here), and, by popular demand, for a three-day All-SAT School.
And then it’s a summer of application writing in preparation for fall and winter deadlines 🙂
